Please allow 5-7 business days for in-stock items to be processed for shipment. Made to order custom pieces take approximately 2-4 weeks to produce, as noted on specific product pages.

Exchanges may be made within 7 business days from time of receipt.
You may exchange your Cygnet piece in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. Cygnet will not accept any exchanges if the original piece shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

REFUNDS

Due to the handmade process, we cannot accommodate refunds.
All custom orders are final sale.
